About Don

MeBWBorn in Oklahoma, I have traveled the southwestern United States, and lived in several states there. Settling in Denver, in 1976, I married and raised a family. When I was fifty-nine, I began to outfit a 1999 Ford Explorer for long term travel. Since then, I’ve taken up part time residence in the White River National Forest of Colorado, where I write, shoot, and do whatever else feels like a good idea at the time.

Besides photography, my other interests are writing, painting, drawing, making things with wire and leather. I’m a pretty good guitar player and singer, too.
